Disaster assistance through the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) is available to help King County residents and businesses recover from the December 2025 winter storm.

- April 27, 2026 for property damage
- November 24, 2026 for economic injury
Applicants can also receive application assistance at an SBA Disaster Loan Outreach Center.

Information that may be needed when applying for a loan includes:
- Name and address of the damaged property
- Contact information for all applicants and/or owners
- Social Security numbers of all applicants
- Insurance policy details, including the agent or carrier contact information and any claims that have been filed
- Lease agreement information for renters
