Rising floodwaters threaten access to Carnation

Rising floodwaters are threatening access to the City of Carnation and some surrounding areas. King County Emergency Management is coordinating with city, county, and state agencies to respond to this hazard. The Snoqualmie River at Carnation is forecast to continue rising overnight, reaching severe flood phase. This level of flooding threatens Woodinville-Duvall Road, State Route 203 between Duvall and Carnation, Moon Valley Road, and South Fork Road. Phase 3 or moderate flooding is already happening on the Tolt River near Carnation. Flood phase levels and forecasts are available at kingcounty.gov/flood.
